Common questions
Everything you
need to know
No prior teaching experience is required. You will need a reasonable personal practice to participate in the practical components. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll talk it through honestly.
All live sessions are recorded and sent within 48 hours. You can complete your assessed hours — observation, self-mastery, and assistant teaching — on your own timeline. The program is designed around real life.
Courses are developed by Pilates Education Australia and approved by the Pilates Association of Australia (PAA) — the industry's governing body. They're also accepted by AusActive for continuing education credits. The PAA approval means your qualification is respected by studios in Australia, the UK, the US, and beyond.
You have two years access to all online content from enrolment. Live Zoom practical days run on the scheduled dates, with recordings available within your access period.
Access to a reformer is required for practical components and self-mastery hours — at a studio where you train or work, or your own equipment. If access is a concern, reach out and we'll work through it with you.
A 30% deposit secures your enrolment. The balance is due before your first live Zoom session. If you need a different arrangement, reach out directly — we're happy to discuss options.
