TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment Terms: A 30% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your enrolment for all Live Face to Face. The remaining balance is due before your first live session.

ONLINE MODULES/COURSES: All fully online modules require FULL payment upfront.

Refund Policy: Course commencement is defined as your first log on to the online learning platform. No refund is given once portal access has been granted. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Deferral Policy

$50 fee per module to defer more than 7 days before commencement
$250 fee per module to defer less than 7 days before commencement
No deferral once module has commences
Missed Payments Missed payments may result in suspended platform access and withheld certification.
Minimum Numbers: SOHL Studio and Pilates Education Australia reserve the right to postpone or reschedule modules if minimum enrolment numbers are not met. Students will be notified with a minimum of 14 days notice.

Data Sharing: Your contact details will be shared with Pilates Education Australia for the purpose of online learning access and certification.

Live Session Delivery: All practical days are delivered in studio, face to face or via live Zoom in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Session recordings are not available. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend or make alternative arrangements.
